Question 1: What is your minimum order?
Answer : Our min order is 500pcs per
Question 2:Could we have our own design/ brand/ logo of product?
Answer : Sure.OEM/ ODM is welcome.we will make products according to customer.
Question 3:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
Answer : It will take about 3-5 days for sample and 10-15 days for mass production. The exact time depend on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.
Question 4:How's the order process?
Answer : Chose the style→ Comfirm price→ Make sample→ Place order→ Pay deposit→ Comfirm production→ Arrange the packing→ Final check→ Ship products→ Pay the balance→ delivery→ after-sales service.
Question 5:What payment terms accept?
Answer : We accept western union, T/T or L/C at sight, you just pay 30% deposit to start production and balance should be paid before shipped. We also support Trade Assurance, which assure your payment safe and on-time shipping.
